You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days from the day after you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by sending us a written and clear statement or the attached model withdrawal form via email to info@alembicon.gr, although this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your declaration of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal deadline expires using one of the methods of sending it mentioned above.
CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all the money we have received from you, including the costs of delivery (but excluding the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 calendar days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out the above reimbursement using the same method and means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not be charged any costs for such reimbursement. We are entitled under the Law to delay the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided us with evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.
You must send back the item you ordered or deliver it to our company store at 70 19th June Street, Melissochori, without undue delay and in any event within 14 calendar days from the day on which you informed us that you are withdrawing from this contract. The deadline is deemed to have been met if you send back the goods before the end of the 14-day period. You will be responsible for the total cost of returning the item to Us.
Please send us the good(s) only through the Courier Company under the name “Geniki Takhydromiki S.A.E. _ Courier – Courier of documents, parcels – small parcels” Central Kifissou Ave., number 14, PC 18233, Agios Ioannis – Rentis, telephone 210 4851100 and fax: 210 4812902, or you have the option of choosing to transport the good(s) yourself to our Company’s store at the aforementioned address. You are only responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling that was not necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods.
