Artemisia dracocephalica, known as tarragon, is a perennial plant of the Asteraceae family. The species has a long history in cooking and distilling, and specifically the Russian estragon that we cultivate is used in a popular sweet, non-alcoholic drink in Azerbaijan, Russia, and elsewhere.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
